How do I restore the neighborhood to its original state?

In order to restore the game to its default state, you must uninstall and reinstall the game.

Individual lots can be bulldozed, and the tutorial house can be completely reset from the "Options" tool (F5). Select "Play Options" (it has a picture of two gears) and select "Reset Tutorial House". Press "O.K." to restore the entire house and its family to the default conditions.
